Terms & Conditions

Car & Motorcycle Rental:

• Late Return: A delay of 1–4 hours will be charged 20% of the daily rental fee per hour. A delay of more than 4 hours will be charged a full day rental rate.
• Weekend Rates: Rental prices increase by 20% on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
• Operating Hours: We are open from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Outside these hours, an additional service fee may apply.
• Delivery Charges: Renters are responsible for any parking fees incurred during delivery to the specified location.
• Parking: Renters are prohibited from parking irresponsibly.
• Flood Areas: Renters are not allowed to use the motorcycle in flooded areas or drive through water.
• Illegal Use: The vehicle must not be used for criminal activity or actions that violate the law.
• Liability to Third Parties: If any third party claims loss or damages resulting from the renter’s use of the vehicle, the renter agrees to be fully responsible.
• Fraud & Illegal Acts: It is strictly forbidden to commit fraud, sell, pawn, or cooperate with others for fencing (receiving stolen goods), or engage in any illegal act that could harm AYOBANYUWANGI.
• Loss or Damage: The renter is fully responsible for any loss or damage caused by negligence. AYOBANYUWANGI reserves the right to impose penalties or charge additional fees, to be settled at the end of the rental period.
• In Case of Theft or Loss: If the motorcycle is stolen or lost, the renter must replace it with a vehicle of the same or higher value (either a replacement motorcycle or cash). Additionally, the renter must cover the downtime cost, missing accessories (e.g., raincoat, helmet), and any search-related expenses.
• Accessories: If any motorcycle accessories are lost, damaged, or stolen, the renter must compensate with an equivalent item or monetary value.
• Rental Extension: Rental extensions must be confirmed at least 3 hours before the end of the rental period via AYOBANYUWANGI’s official WhatsApp.
• Fuel Level: The fuel level at return must be the same or nearly the same as when received. A fuel charge of IDR 15,000 per liter will apply for shortages.
• No Liability for Injuries: AYOBANYUWANGI is not responsible for any injuries, losses, physical harm, or death experienced by the renter, passengers, or third parties during the rental period.
• No Subleasing: The renter is not allowed to transfer or lend the vehicle to another party without written approval from AYOBANYUWANGI.
• Non-refundable Payment: Down payments and/or any rental payments are non-refundable once the booking and payment are confirmed.
• Violation of Terms: If the renter violates any part of this agreement, they agree to accept full legal responsibility for any consequences.
• Publication of Data: In the event of violations, AYOBANYUWANGI reserves the right to publish the renter’s personal data on social media or other platforms as a legal safeguard and recovery measure.
• Legal Compliance: Any violation of these terms and conditions may be subject to legal action under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Vehicle Condition: Renters must return the motorcycle in clean and acceptable condition. If returned dirty or unfit, a cleaning fee will be charged.
• Passenger Limit: The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s official capacity as stated in the technical specifications. The renter will bear full responsibility for any legal consequences of overloading.
